If an order cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses the parcel, additional delivery arrangements may be required.

📦 Damaged Package

If your parcel appears damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept it without checking the package condition.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us as soon as possible through our official contact channels with your order details and clear photos/videos of the package and product.

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched.
